First of all, I must start out by saying that I am a little surprised that this little mechanical device is even necessary with all of the technological advances out there these days. The HL-10 is kind of a "throw back to the seventies" in terms of its jerry rigging function. Having said this... Plantronics builds quality stuff and I am sure that there is a good reason for it. The device does exactly what it is supposed to do once you adjust it for your individual phone.
