Was very excited to upgrade to this pan for a few reasons, among them the non-Teflon coating, ease of use, and long-lasting appeal (who wants to buy new cookware every 5 years).
It also worked well for our 6th wedding anniversary gift- iron!
It heats quickly and cooks food evenly, and also cleans up with only a wet sponge.
I recommend it to anyone looking to buy a pan for life.
